Services Offered: The Awakening Nova website provides coaching services, which may include one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching, workshops, and online courses. The scope and details of the coaching services will be outlined in a separate coaching agreement.
Client Eligibility: Coaching services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By engaging in our coaching services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Coaching Relationship: coaching is a collaborative partnership between the coach and the client. The coach will provide guidance, support, and accountability to assist the client in achieving their goals. The client is responsible for their decisions and actions during and after the coaching process.
Fees and Payments: The fees for coaching services will be outlined in the coaching agreement. Payment terms, including schedule and accepted payment methods, will also be specified in the agreement. Coaching sessions will only be scheduled once payment is received.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24hrs notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Termination of Services: Either the coach or the client may terminate coaching services at any time, with or without cause. In such cases, any unused coaching sessions will be refunded to the client on a prorated basis.
Intellectual Property: All coaching materials, resources, and content provided by The Awakening Nova are protected by copyright and are intended for the client's personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale of these materials is strictly prohibited without written consent.
